Covered services: Confirmation Statement Filing, Dormant Company Accounts Filing, Company Strike-Off Application, Bookkeeping Catch-up, Payroll Setup, VAT Registration, Company Accounts + CT600, and SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance. Custom-quoted and bespoke work is not covered.
What counts as a mistake?
A wrong figure, calculation error, or a required step that should have been completed but was missed.
What isn't covered?
Things outside your expert's control, such as HMRC or Companies House rejecting, delaying or disagreeing with an application despite the work being done correctly, or issues caused by information or documents you provided being incorrect, incomplete or late. All custom-quoted and bespoke work is not covered unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Something gone wrong?
Tell us within 30 days of service completion, along with your order number. We'll review it against the agreed scope and respond within 5 working days. If it's covered, we'll arrange to correct the error as soon as reasonably possible.
Your rights
Your statutory rights are unaffected. The 30-day period applies only to claims under this guarantee and doesn't limit any other rights you have.
